AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Grouse Mountain Lodge provides complimentary transfers to and from the airport and Amtrak. Arrangements must be made in advance through the Reservations Department. Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) is located 15-minutes from Grouse Mountain Lodge.

All reservations must be made by Tuesday, June 17, 2008.

On behalf of our meeting attendees, the following special rates have been secured over the dates of the 29th Annual Meeting (based on single or double occupancy):

Golf Course Nordic View $195.00 /night
Deluxe $205.00 /night
Corner Deluxe $215.00 /night

The above rates are plus tax (9% - tax percentage subject to change). There is a $10 fee for each additional person. Children 12 & under are free when staying with an adult. Guests arriving before or departing after the meeting dates will be confirmed on a space available basis at the lowest available rates. All reservations must be made by Tuesday, June 17, 2008. After this deadline, or if the RMVSS block of rooms sells out prior to the above mentioned deadline, availability and rate cannot be guaranteed.

Please be sure to identify yourself as part of the RMVSS group when making your reservation to ensure the discounted rate.

All reservation requests need to be accompanied by at least one night’s room and tax deposit or guaranteed by a major credit card for the reservation to be processed and confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes in length of stay received less then 14-days prior to arrival will result in the credit card being charged the entire stay and is non-refundable.
